The works included the demolition of existing two storey rear annex and construction of new steel framed three storey extension together with basement plant room.

Works to the existing building include complete refurbishment, replacement of mechanical and electrical installations, Kitchen and sanitary fittings, new floor finishes, internal doors, the installation of sprinkler system, construction of new entrance lobby, replacement of existing roof coverings, rain water goods, fascias and soffits, repointing and replacement of external doors and windows.
